Located on Union Lake in Millville, NJ.

Ivory colored fiberglass hull with BEIGE colored fiberglass deck. Teak woodwork, varnished Douglas fir spars, bronze hardware.   White colored Dacron sprit sail.  Includes oars, mooring cover in good condition, tiller extension, both a dolly and a trailer.

OWNER’S COMMENTS:

The equipment that comes with the boat is as seen in the pictures. The only equipment that is not original is the sheet line. The boat, rigging, and sail are in very good condition and has been babied all its life, was always covered, the sails stored inside, and it lives safely inside in the winter.  The trailer has some rust on the tongue but is in good roadworthy condition.  I do have the NJ title for the both boat and trailer.  All registrations are up to date.

The story is that I have loved owning and sailing the boat.  It is a delight both in behavior and performance.  I hate to part with her, however compromised mobility from an accident many years ago now makes it harder to enter and exit the boat so it’s time for someone else to enjoy the Melonseed as much as I have.
