In recent years it has been sailed exclusively on a spring fed freshwater lake in Mt. Dora, Florida during the winter months. The trailer has always been stored in a garage and from June through October both boat and trailer have been stored in a garage.    It has been lightly used and is in Excellent condition with no need for repairs of any sort
