OWNER’S COMMENTS:

The condition of the boat is good, and never uncovered for extended time. Last five years it was kept continuously undercover.  There are minor scrapes in the dark green fiberglass hull. The port side cockpit combing has a split at the screw line, but not of any functional significance and has not changed in my ten years of ownership. The boat comes with Easy Load (EZ) 2007 trailer, mooring cover, original spare tanbark sail, newer white sale, cushions, ropes, spare brass drain plug and ensign.

Trailer and tires are in good condition.  I have hauled in two 600 mile segments without problem.  The boat was originally registered in North Carolina, as was the trailer.  NM does not require registration of this size boat. The trailer was also registered in North Carolina and carries a New Mexico permanent license plate. If the license plate is required for transportation, the license plate should be returned to me.

Roger’s comments:

This boat is very reasonably priced and seems to be an overall good boat, and a great opportunity for anyone on the West Coast looking for a Melonseed.  There is a bit of chalking of the gelcoat on the hull, but a good buffing should be able to return the gloss without too much effort.
