I have only used her once since I purchased it from the previous owner in 2020. Nothing has changed- garage kept all this time. Brand new cover. It has been stored in my garage and is in the same condition as when I bought it.  I really love it; however, the reality is that Charleston is just not an easy place to dinghy sail unless you are a member of a yacht club, and there are very few convenient places to launch.

 

The black hull (very shiny!), beige deck in excellent condition with few blemishes.  The teak has the easy to maintain Cetol finish in good condition. All the items included with the boat are in very good condition.

 

The trailer is made by Gator and is the original trailer and has rarely been in the water (other than maybe 1-3 times as the previous owner). The trailer is in good, road-worthy condition, although the lights need to be repaired.

Also note that there are a few small chips on the bow which are just cosmetic.  There is a chip in the gel coat on the trailing edge of the keel, which is also just cosmetic.

 

I think for a 24 year-old boat, “Pepita” is in excellent condition!
