MELONSEED # 96  1995  $6,750

#96, ex “Jaquie” (a new name of your choice to be included) has a blue hull, gray deck, and white sail cut with the traditional classy vertical panels and reef points.  Also included are oars, anchor and new rigging.  Her trailer is in good shape and new bearing buddies have been installed on the hubs.  The teak combings are coated with Sikkens Cetol and have been refinished, while the rubrails, rudder and tiller are high gloss varnish that has also been refinished. Her spars were treated to several coats of new varnish. The mooring cover is the same vintage as the boat, but our canvas maker has reconditioned it and it’s in very serviceable condition.

#96 was brought into our shop for a good overall reconditioning (about $1,000 worth of work) that included what you see mentioned above as well as gelcoat repairs and a good buffing and polishing and all sorts of TLC that have put it very good condition, ready to shine on the water and bring you all the pleasures of the Melonseed experience at a very reasonable price.
