I fell in love with the graceful lines of the dory the second Roger showed his craftsmanship to me…30+ years ago. It’s hard to describe the tactile sensations you feel when sailing. The wind is incredible and this dory with a 99 sq ft tanbark sail with reef points at 70 sq ft handles coastal water well.

The trailer has been upgraded with new lights, brackets for the rails and rubber guides. The teak woodwork has been recently cleaned and oiled.  I believe the dory to be in very good condition.

She has served as a launch to the local island for a day of fun in the sun and as a “touch and see” floating lab when my daughter was studying marine biomes….the years have sailed by! Recently, I inherited my parents 22 acre farm off Cape….a piece of land that has been in my family for 4 generations….so you see my dilemma…land or sea? A lady doesn’t tell her age, but there’s only so much energy in a day and there are lots of gardens to tend! I hope someone will enjoy her as much as I have!
